## What it does

Product Manager Skills is a library of 55 PM skills across three tiers: 6 workflow skills for multi-week PM processes (product-strategy-session, discovery-process, roadmap-planning, prd-development), 23 interactive skills that ask 3-5 questions then give numbered recommendations (prioritization-advisor, stakeholder-engagement-advisor, director-readiness-advisor, ai-shaped-readiness-advisor, pol-probe-advisor), and 23 component skills for specific deliverables (user-story, press-release, lean-canvas, opportunity-solution-tree, stakeholder-mapping). Notable skills: problem-framing-canvas (MITRE's Look Inward / Look Outward / Reframe), business-health-diagnostic for SaaS metrics, organic-growth-advisor (McKinsey Growth Pyramid), and executive-onboarding-playbook (30-60-90 day VP/CPO playbook). A Streamlit playground lets you try skills in a browser without any agent setup.

## When to use

Use this when you want PM frameworks that teach the reasoning behind each methodology, not just fill in a template. Interactive skills ask contextual questions before recommending a framework — good when you know you have a PM problem but are unsure which approach fits. Component skills are faster for cases where you know exactly what you need (a user story, a press release, a lean canvas).
