## What it does

HR Skills is a library of 40+ agent skills covering the full HR lifecycle: recruiting, talent acquisition, interviewing, job descriptions, onboarding, offboarding, performance management, employee relations, people operations, HR analytics, HR technology, learning and development, compensation and benefits, workforce planning, compliance, DEI, and wellbeing. Each skill is a single SKILL.md file with professional instructions, workflows, decision frameworks, and prompt templates. The collection also includes Vietnam-specific HR guidance and software engineering recruiting skills across frontend, backend, fullstack, mobile, DevOps, QA, AI, and security roles.

## Key commands

Install a single skill into Claude Code:

    cp -r skills/hr-recruiting ~/.claude/skills/

Install all skills:

    cp -r skills/hr-* ~/.claude/skills/

For Claude.ai: create a Project, open Project knowledge, upload the desired SKILL.md file, then start chatting. Claude automatically applies the relevant skill when working on matching HR tasks.

Example prompts once installed:

- "Create behavioral interview questions for a Product Manager."
- "Write a 90-day onboarding plan for a Senior Backend Engineer."
- "Draft a return-to-office policy for a hybrid engineering team."

## When to use

Use this when you need structured, domain-aware help with any HR task — writing JDs, building interview scorecards, drafting onboarding plans, or creating performance review criteria. Skills load automatically in Claude Code when the task matches; in Claude.ai, upload the relevant SKILL.md to a Project.
